You can always exchange links with sites to flair better on local searches. But be sure to not exchange links with another site which has too make other sites in the same category.
Guest Blogging:
It is always better to blog on other local sites. But of course relevancy is important. Don’t forget to use your business keywords in your content and optimize it to get better results.
